Returns, Replacements & Exchanges

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your coin purchase, please return it with your receipt within 30 days of invoice for a refund. Unfortunately delivery and handling charges are not refundable. If you have any questions or need clarification please e-mail us first before sending the goods on to sale[at] We will not accept partial returns nor issue partial refunds. For example, if you receive a Proof Set where one coin is in unacceptable condition, you must return the entire Proof Set, not just the one coin, to receive a refund.

Returning a product you must attach an invoice you have received from us.

For your protection, we strongly recommend that you return your order by insured mail and save the receipt for your records. We will not take any responsible for lost return shipments


There are two methods available for shipping your order (default is recorded deliver by Royal Mail):

International Recorded delivery by Royal Mail:

This is the most secure form of shipment. A signature will be required upon receipt. Products will be deemed to have been received by you if accepted by a person at your nominated delivery address, or if your special instructions are complied to. Target delivery time is up to 5-7 working days (Europe) and 12-20 working days (The rest of the world).


This form of delivery must be requested by you after you place an order. Additional fees apply.

Shipping details must include a street address and daytime telephone number. Your order cannot be dispatched if these details are missing. All orders are dispatched from United Kingdom (unless otherwise stated in the coin description). Usually we ship within 3-5 working days once the payment is received in full.
